Introduction
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through CastfinityTv via https://castfinity.org. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.
Digital Services
CastfinityTv provides digital subscription services. Once a subscription is activated and delivered, it is considered used and non-returnable.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been activated and delivered successfully.
Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered after purchase
- The service is not working and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
- Duplicate payment was made by mistake

Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- User changes their mind after purchase
- Compatibility issues with user devices (if service works on supported devices)
- Poor internet connection on user side

Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your payment method.
Account Termination
If a refund is issued, the subscription will be immediately terminated.
